A Fortune 500 property and casualty insurance company based in Seattle. The company sells insurance to drivers, home owners and owners of small- and mid-sized businesses principally through a national network of independent agents and brokers.
The HQ Relocation project consisted of the relocation of over 2,500 employees from an existing Redmond, WA campus to two high rise facilities within downtown Seattle and one low rise facility located within the University District.

One of the largest post-secondary education companies in North America, operating 97 schools in 25 states in the U.S. and 34 schools in seven provinces in Canada.
Thinkbox Technology Group assisted the client with the development and execution of plans around the rollout of the new systems as well as put together an account management plan/process that conforms to regulatory compliance.
Scope:
- Provided IT Security Subject Matter Expertise to the design team
- Gathered security requirements as they relate to regulatory compliance
- Built an Account Management Plan for administering access
- Provided an assessment of requirements to application development team
- Reviewed network security in place and provided recommendation
- Reviewed security of hosted network and systems at the outsourcers locations
